1. About MTF FanShare
MTF FanShare (“FanShare”) is a creator collaboration programme operated by Elhuevo Worldwide Ltd trading as MoreThanFanz (“MoreThanFanz”, “MTF”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
FanShare allows eligible creators to collaborate with other creators by promoting them to their audience in return for an agreed percentage of qualifying earnings generated through attributed fans.
MoreThanFanz provides the platform, attribution system and administrative framework through which FanShare collaborations are created, tracked and settled. The promotional relationship itself is between the participating creators.
Participation in FanShare is subject to this Policy, the MoreThanFanz Terms of Service, applicable creator terms and any individual FanShare Agreement entered into between participating creators.
2. Creator Roles
For the purposes of FanShare:
Promoting Creator means the creator who promotes another creator and may receive a percentage of qualifying earnings generated from attributed fans.
Promoted Creator means the creator being promoted and whose qualifying earnings are subject to the agreed FanShare percentage.
A Promoted Creator may have only one active FanShare collaboration at a time.
A Promoting Creator may have FanShare collaborations with multiple creators at the same time.
3. FanShare Offers
A Promoting Creator may send a FanShare offer to an eligible creator through MoreThanFanz.
FanShare offers may use the following percentages: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% or 25%.
The available collaboration durations are: 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
An offer remains available for 7 days from the date it is sent unless it is withdrawn or otherwise closed earlier.
A creator may receive multiple pending FanShare offers. If the creator accepts one offer, any other pending FanShare offers made to that creator will automatically close.
FanShare does not support counteroffers. A creator who does not wish to accept the percentage or duration offered may decline the offer.
4. Starting a FanShare Collaboration
A FanShare collaboration begins when a valid FanShare offer is accepted through MoreThanFanz and the applicable FanShare Agreement takes effect.
The percentage and duration agreed at the start of a collaboration remain applicable for that collaboration unless it ends in accordance with this Policy and the applicable FanShare Agreement.
The collaboration runs for its agreed duration unless it is ended early under Section 10 of this Policy.
5. Fan Attribution
FanShare is intended to reward a Promoting Creator for introducing or converting fans who generate qualifying earnings for the Promoted Creator.
An existing MoreThanFanz user may qualify for FanShare attribution provided they have not previously made a qualifying purchase from the Promoted Creator.
FanShare attribution occurs when an eligible fan makes their first qualifying purchase from the Promoted Creator through the applicable FanShare attribution route.
Once a fan has been validly attributed to an active FanShare collaboration, that attribution is locked for the duration of that collaboration. A later referral, promotional link or other attribution attempt will not overwrite an existing valid attribution while the collaboration remains active.
FanShare attribution lasts only for the duration of the applicable FanShare collaboration. When the collaboration ends for any reason, the Promoting Creator has no continuing entitlement to earnings generated by previously attributed fans.
Those fans may continue to subscribe to, purchase from or otherwise interact with the Promoted Creator after the collaboration ends. Any subsequent earnings generated by those fans belong solely to the Promoted Creator and are no longer subject to the former FanShare arrangement.
MoreThanFanz may disregard, suspend or reverse attribution where it reasonably believes the attribution resulted from fraud, manipulation, abuse or an error.
6. Qualifying Transactions
Subject to valid FanShare attribution and an active collaboration, FanShare may apply to qualifying transactions including:
- Initial subscriptions
- Subscription renewals occurring while the FanShare collaboration remains active
- Pay-per-view and other paid content purchases
- Paid messages
- Tips
- Eligible physical merchandise or gifts made available through MoreThanFanz
The applicable FanShare percentage is calculated against the relevant creator earnings attributable to the qualifying transaction.
The FanShare percentage is not calculated against VAT or other applicable taxes, MoreThanFanz platform fees, payment processing charges or other amounts which do not form part of the Promoted Creator's earnings.
The FanShare amount is deducted from the earnings otherwise allocated to the Promoted Creator and allocated to the Promoting Creator.
Only transactions recognised by MoreThanFanz as qualifying transactions under the FanShare system generate FanShare earnings.
No new FanShare earnings accrue after a collaboration has ended.
7. FanShare Earnings
Where a qualifying transaction occurs, the agreed FanShare percentage is allocated to the Promoting Creator and the corresponding amount is deducted from the earnings otherwise allocated to the Promoted Creator.
FanShare allocations will be displayed within the relevant FanShare dashboards.
FanShare earnings remain subject to MoreThanFanz's normal payment, settlement, fraud, compliance, refund and chargeback processes before becoming eligible for payout.
Participation in FanShare does not alter any applicable MoreThanFanz payout requirements or minimum payout thresholds.
8. Refunds, Chargebacks and Adjustments
If a transaction that generated FanShare earnings is subsequently refunded, charged back, reversed or otherwise invalidated, the related FanShare earnings will also be reversed.
Where an adjustment is required, MoreThanFanz may recover the relevant amount in the following order:
- From unpaid FanShare earnings
- From other earnings or balances held for the relevant creator on MoreThanFanz
- Where an amount remains outstanding, by carrying the resulting negative balance forward against future earnings
MoreThanFanz may make reasonable corrections where an allocation has been made incorrectly because of a technical, administrative or attribution error.
9. Creator Responsibilities
Creators participating in FanShare are responsible for the promotional arrangements they make with each other and for complying with applicable law, MoreThanFanz policies and the terms of their FanShare Agreement.
Creators must not use FanShare to artificially create attribution, transactions or earnings.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Self-referral or the use of linked creator and fan identities
- Creating or coordinating duplicate or artificial accounts
- Arranging circular promotions or transactions for the purpose of manufacturing FanShare attribution or earnings
- Attempting to overwrite an attribution that has already been validly locked
- Manipulating transactions, referrals or account activity to generate FanShare earnings artificially
- Otherwise using FanShare in a fraudulent, misleading or abusive manner
Creators are responsible for ensuring that any promotion undertaken as part of a FanShare collaboration complies with applicable advertising, marketing and disclosure requirements.
10. Ending a FanShare Collaboration
Either participating creator may end an active FanShare collaboration before its scheduled end date by giving 30 days' notice through the FanShare system.
Once termination notice has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.
The collaboration remains active during the 30-day notice period and qualifying FanShare earnings may continue to accrue during that period.
At the end of the notice period, the collaboration ends. FanShare attribution ceases and no new FanShare earnings will accrue.
MoreThanFanz may suspend or terminate a FanShare collaboration immediately where reasonably necessary in connection with suspected or confirmed fraud, abuse, compliance concerns, legal requirements or a breach of MoreThanFanz policies.
11. Renewal
Thirty days before a FanShare collaboration is due to reach its scheduled end date, either participating creator may propose a new FanShare term.
A renewal may be for 3, 6 or 12 months and may use any of the permitted FanShare percentages of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% or 25%.
A renewal does not take effect unless it is accepted by the other creator.
Where a renewal is accepted, the new FanShare Agreement will begin immediately after the current collaboration ends, avoiding a break between the two collaboration periods.
The percentage and duration of the renewed collaboration are those accepted as part of the new agreement and do not have to be the same as the previous collaboration.
If no renewal is agreed, the existing collaboration ends on its scheduled end date and the Promoting Creator's entitlement to FanShare earnings from attributed fans ends with it.
12. Fraud, Abuse and Review
MoreThanFanz may monitor FanShare activity for indications of fraud, manipulation or abuse.
Activity that may result in review includes, without limitation:
- Suspected self-referral or linked creator and fan identities
- Repeated payment methods, devices, IP addresses or account information across apparently separate accounts
- Rapid creation of duplicate or related accounts
- Unusual conversion patterns or sudden bursts of attributed purchases
- Disproportionate refunds or chargebacks
- Circular promotional arrangements intended to manufacture attribution
- Attempts to interfere with or overwrite locked attribution
An indication of potential abuse does not necessarily mean that a creator has breached this Policy. MoreThanFanz may place the relevant activity under review while the circumstances are assessed.
During a review, MoreThanFanz may temporarily suspend further FanShare accrual or hold affected FanShare earnings where reasonably necessary.
Following review, MoreThanFanz may release suspended earnings, reverse affected allocations, reinstate FanShare activity, terminate a collaboration or take other action permitted under its policies.
Material administrative interventions relating to FanShare reviews may be recorded by MoreThanFanz for audit and compliance purposes.
13. Notifications
MoreThanFanz may provide FanShare notifications for significant collaboration events, including:
- New offers
- Accepted, declined, expired or withdrawn offers
- Termination notices
- Renewal and upcoming end reminders
- The end of a collaboration
- Suspension, reinstatement or termination by MoreThanFanz
Individual qualifying sales and FanShare allocations are not required to generate separate notifications and may instead be shown within the FanShare dashboard.
Creators are responsible for reviewing their FanShare dashboard and account information.
14. Creator Promotion and Audience Information
Creators are responsible for deciding whether a FanShare collaboration is commercially suitable for them.
Any audience size, following, reach, subscriber count, engagement information or similar information supplied by a creator may be self-declared.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MoreThanFanz does not independently verify or guarantee such information.
MoreThanFanz does not guarantee that a creator will provide any particular amount, frequency, quality or type of promotion.
MoreThanFanz does not guarantee that a FanShare collaboration will generate fans, transactions, revenue or any particular financial return.
Each creator is responsible for assessing the suitability and potential value of a proposed collaboration before entering into it.
15. MoreThanFanz's Role
MoreThanFanz provides the technology and administrative framework for FanShare, including offer management, attribution, earnings allocation and programme administration.
The commercial and promotional relationship created through a FanShare collaboration is between the participating creators.
MoreThanFanz is not responsible for determining whether a proposed collaboration represents good commercial value for either creator and does not guarantee the performance or conduct of either participating creator.
MoreThanFanz does not become a party to any separate promotional commitments made between creators except to the extent expressly stated in the applicable FanShare Agreement or MoreThanFanz terms.
Nothing in FanShare creates an employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between MoreThanFanz and either participating creator.
16. Changes to FanShare
MoreThanFanz may update, modify, suspend or discontinue FanShare where reasonably necessary, including to respond to operational, legal, regulatory, payment, fraud or platform requirements.
Where a change materially affects an existing FanShare collaboration, MoreThanFanz will take reasonable steps to notify affected creators and will apply any change in accordance with applicable law and the relevant FanShare Agreement.
Updates to this Policy will be published on MoreThanFanz with an updated revision date.
17. Relationship With Other MoreThanFanz Terms
This Policy forms part of the rules governing use of the FanShare programme and should be read alongside the MoreThanFanz Terms of Service, applicable creator terms and policies, and the individual FanShare Agreement governing a particular collaboration.
Where a specific FanShare Agreement contains terms relating specifically to an individual collaboration, those terms apply to that collaboration together with this Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or obligations that apply under MoreThanFanz's wider terms and policies.
18. Contact
Questions about FanShare, an active collaboration or a FanShare allocation should be submitted to MoreThanFanz through the support channels provided on the platform.
